Strained eyes?
March 10, 2009Note from me: always get really tired and strained eyes at the end of the day and when I saw this article, I found the solution to my problem. Some of the phrases and sentences from the articlae has been deleted and I highlighted the important points. I just need to show the parts that would help those who are suffering from the same problem that I do with my eyes. I hope this would help you too. :p

Tired and strained eyes? You’re looking at the wrong part of your computer monitor!

The key here is that when you’re looking straight you should see the top of your monitor. Then tilt it a bit upwards like shown on the picture.
This way you have to look down to the monitor.
Looking down means your eyelids can keep the top half of your eye closed, which means half of your eye muscles are relaxed,
which means only half of your eye is drying out.
Keep them relaxed!
